    หลักการ องค์ประกอบ และสถาปัตยกรรมของระบบช่วยตัดสินใจและระบบธุรกิจเชิงฉลาด ทฤษฎี การตัดสินใจ แบบจำลองการตัดสินใจ ระบบการบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลสำหรับระบบช่วยตัดสินใจและระบบธุรกิจชาญฉลาด การสร้างแบบจำลองเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ คลังข้อมูลและ        การบริหารจัดการองค์ความรู้ การวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบธุรกิจชาญฉลาด เครื่องมือต่างๆ ที่ใช้ใน     การพัฒนาระบบธุรกิจชาญฉลาด กรณีศึกษาระบบช่วยตัดสินใจและการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบช่วยตัดสินใจในเชิงธุรกิจ
