          ลักษณะของอุปสงค์และอุปทาน ความยืดหยุ่นของอุปสงค์ต่อราคา ต่อรายได้ และความยืดหยุ่นไขว้ของสินค้าเกษตร ต้นทุนการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร การผลิตในสภาวการณ์ที่มีความเสี่ยง การเปลี่ยนแปลงเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม การวิเคราะห์ผลิตภาพและประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร ระบบสินเชื่อเพื่อการเกษตร ราคาสินค้าเกษตรและเกษตรแปรรูป การวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างตลาด ศึกษาวิถีการตลาด ประสิทธิภาพการตลาด การตลาดสินค้าเกษตรทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ตลาดสินค้าเกษตรล่วงหน้า สินค้าเกษตรในเวทีการค้าระหว่างประเทศ นโยบายด้านการเกษตร กรณีศึกษาทางเศรษฐศาสตร์การเกษตรและฝึกปฏิบัติการนอกสถานที่
