                ความรู้ความเข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องดื่มและไวน์ที่เป็นสากล กระบวนการผลิต การให้บริการตลอดจนวิธีการจัดการเครื่องดื่มประเภทต่าง ๆ อุปกรณ์และเครื่องใช้ในการผสมเครื่องดื่ม รายการเครื่องดื่ม ทักษะการเตรียมและการให้บริการเครื่องดื่ม การชงชาและกาแฟ หลักความรับผิดชอบในการให้บริการเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ ทักษะการปฏิบัติผสมเครื่องดื่มที่ไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์และมีแอลกอฮอล์ตามสูตรมาตรฐานสากล การเบิก การจ่าย การสั่งซื้อและการจัดทำรายงาน หลักการควบคุมคุณภาพเครื่องดื่ม ความรู้เบื้องต้นเรื่องไวน์และการจับคู่อาหาร และฝึกปฏิบัติการ
