     การดำเนินคดีอาญาเกี่ยวกับหลักทั่วไป บทวิเคราะห์ศัพท์ อำนาจสอบสวนและศาล การฟ้องคดีอาญาและคดีแพ่งเกี่ยวเนื่องกับคดีอาญา หมายเรียกและหมายอาญา จับ ขัง จำคุก ค้น ปล่อยตัวชั่วคราว  การสอบสวน ตั้งแต่มาตรา 1ถึงมาตรา 156 

     การดำเนินคดีอาญาเกี่ยวกับวิธีพิจารณาในศาลชั้นต้น ชั้นอุทธรณ์ ชั้นฎีกา  ตั้งแต่การฟ้องคดีอาญาและไต่สวนมูลฟ้อง การพิจารณา คำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่ง การอุทธรณ์และฎีกา ตามประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา มาตรา 157 – 225และมาตรา 254 – 267

     General principles of criminal proceeding and its terminology analysis, investigation and court jurisdiction, criminal and civil lawsuits concerning criminal cases, subpoena and criminal warrant, arrest, detention, imprisonment, search, provisional release, investigation according to Section 1 to Section 156

     Criminal proceeding in terms of civil procedure in the court of first instance, appeal court and supreme court from prosecution of criminal cases and preliminary examination, hearing, judgment or order, appeal and petition according to the Criminal Procedure Code, Section 157-225 and 254–267
