หลักพื้นฐานของกฎหมายทั่วไป รูปแบบการดำเนินธุรกิจ ตั้งแต่ห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญ ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดบริษัทจำกัด ตลอดจนการพัฒนาองค์กรธุรกิจร่วมสมัย อีกทั้งความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักประกันทางธุรกิจ เช่น การค้ำประกัน จำนอง จำนำ บัญชีเดินสะพัด ตั๋วแลกเงิน และกฎหมาย  อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแนวปฏิบัติทางธุรกิจการค้า ตลอดจนการระงับข้อพิพาททางธุรกิจ เช่น การประนีประนอมยอมความ การอนุญาโตตุลาการ และการฟ้องร้องคดีต่อศาล

Basic principles of general law, business model from ordinary partnership, limited partnership, company limited and the development of contemporary business organizations as well as understanding of business collateral such as suretyship, mortgage, pledge, current accounts, bills of exchange and other laws concerning business practice and business dispute resolution such as reconciliation, arbitration and prosecution
